Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

Delivery Responsibility & Risk

  • Orders are considered delivered when they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed

Incorrect Shipping Details

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us:
